OneCallAccess is the contractor's side where they lodge their enquiries. These tickets or jobs come through to Damage Prevention Portal via the OneCallAccess system.
Within the OneCallAccess Operations section in DamagePreventionPortal, you can:
- Resend ticket/job notifications if you are missing any
- Resend daily summary reports
- Access Management Tools (Service Operators Only)
