Owners and Service Operators can access various reports based on the number of:
- Locate Requests (Tickets)
- (Ticket/Enquiry/Job) Notifications
- Users
- Billing (Owners Only)
- OneCall Member Activity - Not Yet Applicable
- Suppressions - Not Yet Applicable
This section enables users to download reports with multiple functionalities to order and arrange OneCallAccess data within their own reporting tools such as PowerBI. It provides more options, filters and functions to view the data received than the Dashboard views.
Note: You do NOT have to use PowerBI. Data can be accessed via other tools like excel and Tableau when you create your own reports/data views.

- Specifics
- An itemised list of notifications per station code per ticket per notification count – this can be useful as an explicit listing by authority of tickets with a given ticket number that fell into that authority for a given period. It may also be considered suitable to give to members, restricting the visible data to that member only.
Each of these report types are available for various periods from within this list:
- Last 30 days by day (used to review ongoing performance for staffing)
- Per a given month by day (used to review month for board reports)
- Per period by month (used to support year on year comparisons)
- Year to date by month (used to support year on year comparisons)

Suppression Reports - Not Yet Applicable
These reports will show the number of tickets not received by OneCall members due to:
- Exclusions
- Notifications generated by “not sent” due to Subscription
- Predictive warning of notifications what won’t be sent due to gaps in subscription rules for a particular member
Each of these report types are available for:
- For a given calendar month (summarised by month)
- Per period by month (used to support year on year comparisons)
- Year to date by month (used to support year on year comparisons)
Exclusions
These show the count of tickets where a OneCall member did not receive a copy of the ticket because the member is also the requestor and has requested a ‘caller exclusion’ so they don’t get a response from their own company.
Notifications Generated but not sent due to Subscription Rules
This is a report of notifications that are believed to be intersecting with a OneCall member’s AOI, but the notification was not sent due to a subscription not providing a destination, or not having a rule that results in a delivery.
Predictive Warning of Notifications that won't be sent due to Subscription Rules
This is a subset of the “Notifications Generated but not sent due to Subscription Rules”, but, unlike the previous report, this generates a warning to say that notifications won’t be sent because there are gaps in the subscription settings.
